Arch. Gergana Saralieva, arch. Nevena Angelova, arch. Krasimir Valkov

The purpose of this project is a completely different world in which we can forget quickly about the tiring urban everyday life, the stress, and the worries. To immerse in the atmosphere of tranquillity and infinity, where the sense of nature entwines in an incredible way with the flavour of something unknown, a little mysterious and cosmic. Clean, white, almost unreal space. At the same time, moving through the different areas, the visitor finds himself in a dream-like corner of nature, affecting positively all senses.

The main arsenal, which we have at our disposal, is the philosophy, the experience, the materials, the colours, the lighting solutions, and the new technologies.

Ground floor

The pool – the water world. Water is the beginning, water is cleansing, water in different forms and feelings – summer rain, waterfall, sea world in an impressive aquarium, unforgettable beaches on far away islands and streams – via interactive effects on the floor.

First floor

The SPA centre – relaxation, pleasure, absolute rest for the body and the soul. Part of the premises will overlook Japanese and Eastern gardens, which symbolize the closeness to earth – stones, sand, plants. Mastered and stylized nature. The harmony and energy that this space will emit is extremely important in order for one to feel a lasting charge of positive energy.

Second floor

Fitness – that is the affirmation of strength, will, becoming, victory of the spirit. The best way to build all that is to do it in a state of happiness, pleasure, and inspiration. The architecture here is with more definitive and dynamic forms and solid surfaces.

Spatial solution, artistic devices, and technologies

The space is created by the union of two concepts, which are incompatible on first judgement: the endless and firm forms of “De Stijl” and the smoothly overflowing into one another lines and mysterious lights of “cosmic design”. The interior design elements create an illusion of endlessness and incompleteness and challenge the visitor to enter deeper in the space in order to discover it.

The whole complex is decorated in a white colour that appears on the different materials and textures. A decorative accent in the entrance foyer is the lighting fixture above the reception desk. The water wall, which separates the foyer and the pool, disappears into the ceiling and fades between white pebbles down in the floor.
