The leading idea during the creation of the project was to best utilize the advantages of the location at the foot of Vitosha Mountain. The small building with several apartments, carrying the atmosphere of an individual house in the nature, grants to its inhabitants the style and cosiness of a home.
This doesn’t exclude the comforts of co-habitation. Shared security, garage lift, garden with water area for the warm months, common premises for guest reception with a kitchenette, connected with the garden, indoor and outdoor fireplace, playground. On the basement level there is a small SPA centre with steam bath, sauna, and fitness room with natural light through its own yard.
The apartments on the ground floor are connected as much as possible with the terrain via spacious green terraces and wide glass doors. They have a direct view and connection with the green yard, the water mirror, and the alpine garden. The ground floor rooms overlooking the street are pushed back and separated from it with a fence made of greenery. This creates an individual space and a calm atmosphere for them.
The apartments on the next two floors have spacious green terraces, similar to private yards, connected through glass doors with the living room and the dining room. A two-sided fireplace gives the opportunity for a summer rest with barbecue and a cold drink on the terrace lounge chair, enjoying a great view of Sofia and the mountain. And during winter – a unique feeling of cosiness and warmth in front of the fireplace, among the snowy quietness of the mountain.
On the last floor there is a penthouse with a gorgeous view in all directions and a green roof.
The architecture of the building is contemporary, with calm and clear lines in a clean style with natural materials. The ample yard, rich greenery, bright spacious rooms with terrace-gardens and beautiful view create a small peaceful oasis just a step away from the hectic busy city.
