Concept project for an office building with a trade center - 1997

The project is designed in 1997, when there was a significantly lower number of buildings on the boulevard. The idea for a gradually curved façade toward the boulevard is dictated by the fact that the building is usually perceived in motion, from a vehicle, at relatively high speeds.

The curved form, accentuated by the colorful girders, illuminated at night, allows the complete outspread of the building in motion. The detached building is designed with a suspended façade entirely from glass, which reflects the constantly changing sky. Thus, the building itself changes, leaving an additional feeling of elegant lightness.
